Trump supporters saying he was kidding is pretty pointless because we all know most of them would still support him if he did something like this.

This is why I think the possibility of Trump suspending the Constitution and/or dissolving Congress isn't very far fetched.

Nothing is far fetched with him.

That's why I find it incredible when people laugh at the notion he may not willingly leave office should he lose.

That's the bigger risk because there'd be ego involved. If he gets reelected and does 8 year I think he'll probably leave like a normal President but I could see him pulling something if he loses. He could claim there was massive election fraud from illegals and the deep state and his whole base would believe it.
