The GOP is taking every complaint they had of the 09-11 Dem majority, then doing those things more intensely, incompetently and stubbornly

Ranking Member of the Rules Committee, Richard Shelby, released a statement saying that there have been no rule changes. However, the Sargent At Arms is still enforcing the press restriction rules.
