Steny Hoyer, Jim Clyburn, Daniel Lipinski, Ayanna Pressley, Stephen Lynch, Marcia Fudge, Donna Shalala, and Henry Cuellar come to mind quite easily.

Lipinski is the most obvious. We are essentially wasting a seat by having a guy this conservative in such a solid seat (even though Atlas thinks IL-03 is conservative for some godforsaken reason when it is Clinton +15).

The ones in D+5 or greater districts who vote against Pelosi without permission from Pelosi (Pelosi may give passes for tactical reasons to certain vulnerable members).

Lets just make a list of who shouldn't be primaried, since that would be a much shorter list.

As a general rule, I'd rather focus time and energy on defeating Republicans, but I could make an exception for Lipinski. I wouldn't mind a primary of Henry Cuellar, either.

As a general rule, I would support primarying anyone who takes donations from corporate PACs and/or super-wealthy individuals/entities.

It's hard to imagine Lipinski surviving again. He got less than 51% in his last primary.

Cuellar's a really tough target (good luck finding a credible candidate in Webb County who thinks taking on Cuellar isn't outright suicide) but is worth trying.

Why Sewell? She was a critical part of the Doug Jones campaign, working on turnout and strategy. Surely that's reason enough to focus elsewhere.

Cuellar, Lipinski, Moulton, Case, Gabbard, Clyburn, Hoyer, Lynch, both Maloneys.

Edit: Forgot about Shalala.

Moulton, Gabbard, Lipinski, Cuellar. Tim Ryan’s probably running for President anyway. What’s so bad about Shalala? (I don’t know much about her besides that she was HHS Secretary - so I don’t get why she’s held in the same company as Lipinski etc)

Shalala was a major union-buster as president of University of Miami.

I'm surprised nobody mentions Al Lawson. The guy is only marginally better than Lipinski in a much safer seat.

Lynch, Lipinski, Lawson, Cuellar, and Case are the worst. I would also like to see Gabbard and Moulton go.
