I support this bill. I've long thought our DUI laws were too lax and this bill strikes a nice balance between regional v. federal authority. Very well done Franzl.

My mind is open to convincing and my vote is open to switching, if someone can persuade me.

Hamilton is talking about opinions that shouldn't matter.

The irony.

Wow, guys, running a bit of a nanny state here? A BAC of 0.08 is the legal limit in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the UK; I don't think these countries have any problem that bumping the limit down a notch will solve at all.

Tmth's vote shouldn't even count, no offense. I don't think he knows anything about alcohol consumption.

Get out of here if you don't bring relevent content!

I just like seeing Marokai throw his little bitchfits. Grin

You will have plenty of opportunities. Tongue

I'm changing my vote to Abstain for the time being.

So, uh, the last vote on this amendment was a week ago. Is the voting done here or what?

You have no one to thank but the DA for the slow Senate, I assure you.

The DA?  MasterJedi isn't in the DA.

He has 23 hours left to show up, before Bacon King takes over.  The rule is, after 5 days of inactivity.

Franzl and Hash voted for MJ over me, claiming he would be a more competent caretaker of the Senate. That was my point.
