A referendum should happen in all 3 regions. It will be held alongside the flag referendum.

Should be ATTN Regions, as the Lincoln and Fremont votes will be administered by KD and Truman respectively.

An additional note to the regional election administrators. The proposed First Amendment to the Fifth Constitution has also been passed by both the House and the Senate and are thus also to be voted on this weekend.
