Why should minorities vote Republican?

I don't believe that if African American become a swing group that our need would be met. Hispanics have been a swing group for 1/2 century what exactly has it got them. While African Americans and Hispanics are socially conservative there are not much instances in the Western World where a politically right leaning party wins a substantial vote of minorities.
