As an actual Boy Scout, I agree. Nobody should be required to join. I will oppose this bill as it currently stands.

Actually, as RGN is on leave and everybody else seems to be opposed, I think I'll actually end debate now, if that's okay with everybody. I'll bring it up to a vote in ~25 minutes if there are no objections.
