I don't want Kasich to be president, but I'm beginning to think I could live with him. I say this more in relation to his first response than to his refusal to attack Trump.

What does 'defund' even mean in this context?

...shows the courage that el-Sisi did?! He's...he's aware that el-Sisi is el-Sisi, right?

Hard to say who won Christie v Paul. I expect both. Paul reminded supporters of his dad that he still is a supporter of liberty and Christie reminded people he is a tough fighter type.

I have to believe that Rand won. I don't want to believe that the public, even the GOP base, is still so susceptible to 9/11-baiting.

'GET A JUDGE TO SIGN A WARRANT!' is probably going to become a soundbite.

Carson is heavily implying not only that he'd resume torture, but that not doing so is 'stupid'.

I don't think Trump is helping his case.

Bush's answer here seems fairly good, from a conservative-but-sane perspective.

Raising the retirement age one month a year is a ridiculous idea.

Don't worry Bernie Sanders will have his debate moments just for you in October.

That seems like it's intended to insinuate some sort of personal attack, but I'll ignore it.

I'm going to disagree with the consensus and say that although Kasich said the right thing there, his delivery seemed a little awkward for the first time so far.

Kasich killed it. He managed to articulate American exceptionalism in a way that even I, somebody who objects to the idea of American exceptionalism, didn't find crass.

Cruz's delivery was terribly overwrought here and the fact that he would actually prioritize moving the embassy in Israel to Jerusalem is downright bizarre.
