I am announcing today, from my new residence in Buffalo, NY, that I will be seeking one of the District 1 Senate seats in the June elections -- that of the current Sen. Shapeshifter. I will most likely not begin actively campaigning until June, and I still hold the position of United Atlas Centrists Secretary, and will be running as a member of the UAC.

I will, of course, answer any questions beforehand.

He is going to be moving to Buffalo.  He's simply changing his avatar early.  I don't see anything wrong with moving a little early.

He is moving to New York. What is wrong with him changing his avatar to NY if he is actually moving there?

I'm not sure New York will be in District 1.  Under one proposed map, it gets moved to District 2.

I didn't care then, nor do I now.  I was just pointing it out.  No double standard at all

I thought you were the one urging Tweed to "move" to Louisiana.

I will also seek the District 1 Senate seat in June for the United Left party.  I wish all other candidates a good, well-fought race, if they end up in my district at all.
