I'll just stick with top 10, as anything beyond that would really push it for me:

1. California (San Diego)
2. Oregon (Portland)
3. Washington (Seattle)
4. Hawaii (Honolulu)
5. Nevada (Las Vegas)
6. Colorado (Denver)
7. New Mexico (Santa Fe)
8. Arizona (Phoenix)
9. Washington, DC
10. Massachusetts (Boston)

My heart (and brain) is in the West.

I don't understand the appeal of Florida, South Carolina is enough of an oven for me.  I hope to get out of the South as soon as I'm out of college, so glad I go back to Louisville during the Summer.

Some of us like the heat and can't f**king stand the cold. Tongue

That's one of the most appealing aspects of the West. However, to be fair, it's generally a dry heat and not humid. I have no issues with dry heat; I just cannot stand humidity. The heat+humidity combination is extremely rare in California.
