He's not interfering with an election outside his country; he's campaigning for the 2015 Turkish general election.

Thus apparently breaking Turkish law, which apparently doesn't matter, because Turkey apparently has become a government of men, rather than one of laws, so the law is selectively applied by a toothless and/or corrupt judiciary.
As if turkey has ever been anything different?
