You know, it's one thing if there are classes that are known be easier or whatever that athletes might gravitate to (because they have to play and be coached), but outright unabashed fraud like this is ridiculous, and in an odd way it's predatory. It's also all the more outrageous because you know how competitive the scene is if you're there for academics. That that one professor was not evaluated for over 20 years is absurd. I won't even make a comment about that, but it smacks of the racket that academia can be.
This women, Debra whats her face supposedly chaffed under that racket herself in the 1970s and ironically ended up being facilitated in her plan to "help" people get around it by the very system itself (no peer evualations, Dept head in on it etc etc).
