Can someone post his approval rating over the course of his presidency?

From 1996 and before, I'll have to look a little harder.  The Internet was not so good at compiling things then.

Obviously, his rating would be much lower from 1993-1996, especially the first three years or so.  In the same way, his JA was much higher in these years because of a great economy.
