I think this is a good decision, and the reasoning is pretty sound after glancing through some of the decision.

Agreed. A sound decision, and maintains a reasonable burden of proof

I like this ruling.


It is so easy for such institutions to evade consequences for poor decision making and that in and of itself is a distortion of the market. A product of regulatory capture of so many avenues that would normally reign them in.
