We have just received some correspondence from a citizen of district four. This information appears to be credible and of the utmost integrity as it came in a email from Dave Leip.

   IP addy question once again..
« Sent to: Dave Leip on: Today at 05:44:19 PM »

Dave Leip:

Hi, this is (Name deleted), a member on your forum.

A couple of days ago I e-mailed you asking about two people posting on the board at the same person and asking you to check the IP addy.

I was hoping that I could get an answer ASAP, since this affects the Fantasy Forums strongly as both members are registered there.

Once again, here are the names and a post by each:

1.  Original screenname:  eversole_Adam

Present username: George W. Bush

Example post: Here.

2.  Original screenname:  H. Ross Perot

Present username: ZZZbot

Example post:
Here.

Once again, thanks for your quick response and take care.

Sincerely,

(Name deleted)

Hi,
Sorry for the delay as I am on travel.  These two individual have the same ip address.
Dave

This information is credible as we've received it and it appears that Mr George W. Bush is also moonlighting as ZZZBot aka JohnKerry08. This is disturbing indeed and we can expect both the senate camps of SamSpade and StatesRights to speak up about this. That is all for now.

I am not even the member who sent this PMs. I do have the PMs from Dave Leip to a certain member stored on my computer as *.Doc files. I merely removed the name for the time being. But it will likely come out.

Just got home, still can not believe this. What is an IP Address? My roommate does read this forum, but I did not think he had a username. I asked him and he again said he did not. All I can tell you is this is NOT me. I live in a dorm, is there anyway someone else in by building could have the same address?? I really have no clue. I sent zzbot a PM this morning asking him to get on hear and try and help me clear this up, as I can see he has not. I really don’t know what else to do or say?

How can you be in college and not know what an IP address is? Do you have long distance LAN? This PM came directly from DAVE LEIP at the request of a member. "Its my roommate" is not a credible defense.
