Bill Clinton was a sex predator who should’ve been removed from office for perjury and may well be a rapist.  That alone makes his administration infinitely more morally bankrupt than almost any other aside from Trump’s.  But even setting that to the side, indictments aren’t the only measure of corruption.  Clinton’s administration was almost certainly worse than either Bush administration in terms of corruption.  Also your chart is wrong.  Just going off the top of my head, Mike Espy, Bill Clinton, Henry Cisneros, and David Watkins make four in the executive branch from the Clinton administration charged with criminal activity.  I’m sure there are others who were left off too.

I literally did not even know what Mueller sounded like until I watched a old clip of him. I was always sad I missed out on Watergate. I mean I have watched lots of documentaries about it and learned a lot. But the thrill of not knowing what was going to happen during Watergate must have been epic. I am a firm believer in Russiagate, so this will be the Watergate I never got to see. As much as I want Trump and his criminal gang tossed in jail now, it is exciting in a way having to wait and see each drip come out.
