I most humbly request the endorsement of the Labor Party for my candidacy in the Special Election this weekend.
I have a record of breaking with my party to support common sense legislation proposed by those on the other side. Most notably on Gun Control, I am in firm agreement with the aims of the Labor party in reducing the crisis created by the gun culture. I may be a Federalist, but I am most certainly not a purist. I believe that especially at a regional level the pursuit of compromise is of the utmost importance, rather than letting ideological dogma cloud decision making.
So I hope you, the good folks of the Labor Party, do indeed endorse me, to represent all Fremonters in Parliament. Thank you for your time.

Hello, Labor Party delegates. I am JGibson, and I'm here to address my bid as the Labor Party chair.

I was nominated for this by Wulfric.

Why I'm running? Our party and game has a real inactivity crisis that is plaguing Atlasia, and if we're gonna have a future successful party and ultimately Atlasia, we need to fix this issue ASAP.

My challenger and current acting chair Jimmy has a lot of great ideas to lead our party for the future. We share a lot of common goals to add a platform and have a more robust party involvement among the party's membership.

Whatever happens with this chair election, I will help make this party better than ever before.

Hello everyone! I am here today to address the convention and all the delegates present on my plans for the party. Last November I was elected Vice Chair of the Labor Party. We had a lot of successes during that time, especially the December midterms, where Labor performed exceptionally well. However, with the recent resignation of our Party Chair earlier this month, the party has been facing some challenges as a result of that. The good news is as Acting Party Chair, I've been working hard to get the party back on track. So with that, I have formally declared my candidacy for Chair of the Labor Party.

Firstly, a major goal of mine for the next 4 months is to increase party member involvement in the party as a whole. Recruiting new players to run for office is one important part of this. We need more player involvement to curb the inactivity that has been plaguing Atlasia for a while now. I also look to expanding party leadership roles to more members, because if the Labor Party is going to succeed, it will need everyone's help. Secondly, a quite important goal I want to accomplish is creating an official platform for the Labor Party. We are yet to have one, and one is going to greatly needed, especially with the upcoming midterm elections that are in April. Finally, and possibly the most important goal, we need a unified Labor Party.

I believe we can overcome all the challenges we are facing, and make Labor better than ever. Your support is critical in this critical leadership election. Thank you.

I understand each of you support this general idea, but this community has not grown by any significant mark. I recall debating this "crisis of inactivity" at least as far back as 2012, and little has since changed. In which avenues do you propose actual measures to boost membership and activity?
