Eh, I bet more know about Burr than Cooper, even if Burr has bizarrely low recognition.

Let's not front like Cooper has an advantage until we know what those undecideds voted for last election or what have you.  There's a difference between an undecided and a conservative/liberal "undecided"

I'm sure he had his reasons.  They may have not been ethical ones, but I'm sure they existed.
