Pretty much the Democratic National Convention doesn't add Civil Rights to the Party platform as it did IRL. How does the 1948 election turn out?

Truman still wins, as he wins several Deep South states while retaining all the other states. Blacks would still vote mostly for Truman since they were happy at the welfare and jobs that FDR gave them and since they would have remembered how Hoover refused to help them out during the Great Depression.
