Let's ignore the entire history of GA-6 lol. It's been a ruby-red district for years, and hasn't elected a Democrat since the 70's.

This isn't really accurate of course. The district didn't even cover anything near its current territory until your party moved it there in the 1990s in order to gerrymander Newt Gingrich.

OK your goal post moving is a good sign Ossoff wins. Sounds solid.

I am supposed to be concerned about a single house district the GOP can simply gerrymander back?

So what happens if Parnell wins and Ossoff loses?  Do we just shut everything down?

No, it just means the entire strategy of the dems is wrong.

If the Democrat party was smart (lol?) they could have used top 2 rules to win this race instead of dumping all this money on this dude!

Maybe the fact that the SC race didn't get much national attention actually helped Democrats? (like in KS)

Dems like these low turnout specials.

The left always gives the right a chance. The opposite never happens. Oh well.

You know that 2010 election happened because many members of the GOP voted for Dems in 2008 and gave you people big margins for Barry to chop away?

If I were you, I'd be concerned about a lot of things in the political world. Smiley

And more evidence you're worried. Excellent.

Nah.

Maybe your message needs to be more than "MUH RESISTANCE"

Whining losers of the 2016 election don't like Trump, therefore others should vote Democrat!

Wait, what?

Is this Ossoff fellow going to finish behind his round 1 percentage? Haha.

Irrelevant.

Firstly, the District lines have changed significantly.

Secondly, I can just as easily point to dems district that swung massively to the GOP. There are two sides to this coin.

Trump fundamentally changed the electorate. The only thing this result shows is that this change is here to stay.

Which is not good news fro Democrats.

Pre Barry, the Dem party held SC-05 for over a century. Bill Clinton was competitive in the district. And unlike GA-06 it hasn't moved around the state.

I knew something like this was coming. Republicans gerrymander. Everyone does. Not one gives a s*** about fairness when you can give your party control of the country.

The Democrat party gerrymandered us from the 1960s thru 1994 and they are squealing when we retaliate.

Don't come at us with that drivel. Let me know when Republicans have to win the popular House vote by 10 points to have a chance at a majority. This country is absolutely nuts.

North Carolina House elections 2010...

The GOP gets 54% of the vote and 6 districts.
The Dems get 45% of the vote and 7 districts.

Every time

New Jersey State Senate elections, 2013.

The GOP gets 51% of the vote and 40% of the seats.
The Dems get 49% of the vote and 60% of the seats.

Hmm?

Lol I'm loving all of the "Republicans are idiot fascist sexist bigots" s***. Couldn't be more wrong. Stay classy, Democrats.

It's funny how the voters of GA-06 went from kale-eaters to KKK members in a few days!

Who are the Dem voters here? Well, Ossoff's own campaign pointed out that they had trouble reaching all the basement dwelling losers living in their mommy's basement, because mommy was voting Republican!
