Has anyone noticed that Christopher Lasky, who ran unopposed for the Republican nomination in IL-04, actually died two months ago? Will they even bother to replace him?

It's shrewd of the GOP to appeal to the crucial Chicago graveyard demographic.

Illinois Republicans are trying to get ahead of Florida Democrats as the most incompetent state party.

Refresh my memory on this one. There was the case of Mel Carnahan in Missouri, but I don't recall the Nevada instance.

A brothel owner named Dennis Hof won an Assembly seat in 2018 despite dying three weeks before the election.

Hey I've got relatives residing in that district! I mean they're 6 feet underground but that doesn't seem to be stopping Lasky.

Realistically idk what the process is but the IL Reps will prob directly replace him.

They even had signs at all the polling places saying that he was dead. He still got like 60% of the vote in that rural district
