Considering Allison does not have much opportunity for personal growth (given what Bushie has told us about her parents) beyond marrying and birthing children, I'd say spinster is appropriate.

It's a derogatory term for women who do not want a male companion and get ridiculed for it. It's an apt term for this situation here.
