Lol, more Berniebro tantrums for losing fair and square. Didn't even come close to getting in the same range of votes as Clinton. Roll Eyes

The question is whether or not DWS and the DNC violated the section of the DNC Charter cited. How much Clinton won by, and how much she would have won by minus any violation, are both immaterial to that question.

Of course, this is only happening because of the illegal hacks into DNC e-mails that have still not been punished.

Yeah, I don't know if fruit of the poisonous tree is an issue with torts, but if it is, I'd imagine it would apply here.
