This is very interesting. If he can't handle a $200,000 bond and needs a bail bondsman then he is in bad financial shape. Only being able to put $20,000 is a paltry. Correction $20k.

Floyd, a leader of the organization Black Voices for Trump, is charged with simple assault on a federal officer. 

One guy is being held so far: Harrison Floyd.

All the white guys were bailed.

The one black guy in the bunch wasn't bailed.

Regardless of the reasons (which you guess is that he assaulted a fed agent, but we don’t know), the optics are horrific.
