Santorum's 2012 campaign still owes $450,400.39

Not only that, Santorum's 2012 campaign raised $921.24 and spent $1,035.59, so that enterprise is still losing money

http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/onpolitics/2016/01/31/jeb-bush-super-pac-raised-15-million/79613054/

Right to Rise Super PAC raised $15.1 Million in the last 6 months ($10 Million from one place), a massive drop from the $103 Million it raised in the first half of 2015. It also spend $64 Million (!!!).

How did Walker spend nearly $2 million after he dropped out?

He spent 1.42 million, not $2 million.  $408,124.24 of that was in contribution refunds.  The other $1 million or so was partially for credit card payments largely for expenses incurred before October and staff reimbursements for expenses incurred before October.  Some vendors also must have billed him in October for services rendered before them.  Walker also reimbursed $134,768.18 to the State of Wisconsin for security services in December.

“The Rubio campaign's new FEC report also details how the campaign took 431 Uber rides and spent enough fueling up at Chik-Fil-A to have eaten 1,348 nuggets.”

The Politico story linked above claims Bush raised $13,384,832.06, spent $11,465,513.30, and has   $10,271,129.09 cash on hand.  There is no confirmation from the FEC's website yet.  And its Marco Rubio numbers are wrong, so who knows?
