In an attempt to force the consideration of pending legislation, especially as much should be genuinely non-controversial I support this petition.

I don't think we can blame Ebowed for being cautious whilst acting as President in regard of his duties as VP - the Constitution places a strong prohibition on a person holding two posts at once, and I am of the opinion that he correctly concluded originally that his powers as VP simply went into abeyance when he assumed the acting Presidency. The Court has declined to assume jurisdiction over the matter, so he can essentially do whatever he likes regardless of what the Constitution actually says about the matter.

The suggestion that he be impeached is so ridiculous that frankly I will let it speak for itself.
