95% of politicians that people describe as hot or attractive are perfectly average, they just look sexy relative to the geriatrics and oddballs that are their colleagues. Same goes foe men as well as women: how else are you to explain the fact that people in the 60's thought John Kennedy was attractive?
Although that said, I did have a weird thing for Paul Ryan when he grew out a beard (although never when he was clean-shaven).
That's true also with Hollywood celebrities. As long as you aren't morbidly obese and no super obvious facial deformities like scars, then you are immediately considered attractive by the masses. The actors/actresses who win the sexiest person of the year are basically generic 7/10's.
Katie Hill is hot by though, not just by politician standards.
