It is kind of weird that people didn't want him & now when he leaves they are bashing him for that. Some say he is too tough on Hillary, some say he was too soft & nothing will truly convince most people anyways.
It is good that he is going to Puerto Rico which is in terrible show. Hopefully Harris, Booker, Biden & other contenders also go there instead of doing fundraisers all the time.
I somewhat expect Bernie and other potential 2020 Democrats to embrace the cause of Puerto Rican statehood following this crisis. It's not only the right response to the situation, which is beyond unacceptable, but also politically smart since it could help motivate the estimated 470,000 Puerto Ricans relocating to the mainland and those who already live here to turnout for Democrats in 2020.
