Moderator follows up with 9th question to Ryan, with 2 for Biden. Maybe Biden wouldn't have to be so assertive if the moderator would actually engage him.

53 minutes in and there is no clear winner.  Biden is winning on content, but Ryan is winning on style.  Ryan doesn't interrupt Biden near as much and does not make as many funny faces.
