i think american involvement in the philippines in the 20th century was a very good thing. (normal)

But that's seen in hindsight. The poll deals with who you would have supported in the war at the time it was going on.

Also, even if you think American involvement was a good thing, couldn't this have happened in the context of an independent Philippine Republic allied with the US?
