I would urge Senator Windjammer to calm down. We know what happens when you get over-excited.

You've clarified the basis of your determinations. Again, I reject the notion that I'm inactive, strongly. However, the Senators have every right to make these rankings on whatever quality of data they use or standard they apply.

As I said, I apologise for the substantive votes I missed, Februrary was a very busy month for me but the next few months will not be.
