1st half- Romney
2nd half- Newt
Debate- Newt narrowly, he showed why he is the frontrunner with his answer he prefaced by saying "don't want to appear zany"

I agree... he is not near my favorite candidate but the fact that he was the only one the moderators cut off showed the bias
