I believe in the conservative Christian value of keeping families intact except in the direst of situations. Donald Trump, should he interfere in any way in a medical procedure that can save the life of a young woman with children, owns the ethical consequences of his policies -- especially if the consequences are a pointless death.
Mitt Romney would have never made such a cruel decision.
I'm guessing that the only thing Christian about Donald Trump is that he sings Christmas carols.
That is not enough to make one a Christian:
Barbra Streisand is Jewish.
I'm not picking on Barbra Streisand; indeed, if Donald Trump were to become a devout Jew (or Muslim, Baha'i, or Buddhist, etc.) it would be a vast improvement over what he is now.
Donald Trump is a political fanatic, and cruelty invariably goes with political fanaticism. If anyone can see any good results of cruelty, whether reckless or deliberate, tell me. I have seen cruelty solely as a fount of evil.
