It looks good, however, I have few positively meant critiques.

1. Should we define "any major language"? in Part 1-2.
2. That should actually be 3 and not 2. You have two number 2s in Part 1.
3. In Part 2, numbers 3 and 5 are the same thing.
4. I think raising Part 3-1 from 5% to a higher number would make sense, but not a deal breaker.
5. Part 4 Section 3-1 Colour should be color and forbitdden should be forbidden.

I think that point 7 of Part 2 included point 3.

I am not against this. Although not recognizing our many Native Atlasian Languages that are unique to our region in Part 1-3 is disappointing.
