I think the Grand Canyon is actually in the 1st. I named the first after the two largest American Indian tribes in honor of it having the highest % or Natives. I figured Prescott probably should be in the name, but it also has Yuma, Lake Havasu City, and Phoenix exburbs and more. I didn't want a super long name. Prescott-Black Mountains sounds good, I guess.

VA-01: Tidewater
VA-02: Eastern Shore
VA-03: Hampton Roads
VA-04: Greater Richmond & Hampton
VA-05: Piedmont
VA-06: Blue Ridge
VA-07: Culpepper? (This is Eric Cantor/Dave Brat's stupidly gerrymandered district)
VA-08: Arlington & Alexandria
VA-09: Appalachia
VA-10: Dulles
VA-11: Fairfax
Using my system, the different ones are:
VA-03: Norfolk City
VA-04: Richmond-Chesapeake
VA-06: Shenandoah
VA-07: York Valley?
VA-08: Arlington-Alexandria
VA-09: Blue Ridge Highlands

I use "City" for urban districts, and dashes instead of "and" in my system. Eventually I'll have all non-at large districts outside of California.
