ugh These injuries are really piling up for my guys in NE: Bodden, Haynesworth, Dowling, Hernandez, and Vollmer definitely out.

Vollmer isn't a huge loss since Nate Solder has played well in RT. Hernandez gives the passing game a different dimension and is probably the best receiver (despite being a TE) on the team so that hurts but there are tons of other weapons. I was hoping Fat Albert would be able to play this week to help stop McFadden but I'd rather have him healthy for next week at home against NYJ.

Bodden and Dowling out really hurts. The secondary needs all the help it can get. Prepare to see Jason Campbell look like an all-pro tomorrow.

Go Raiders!!!

Well, the Texans spotted the Steelers 2 TDs and still won.  Steelers really aren't very good this year, but it really pisses me off.

Boy, if there was a way to blow a game, the Eagles are so very close to mastering it.

The AFC East really does have questionable QBs this year (haven't they always, recently)

The Eagles just finished their season. Bravo. Idiots. Every last one of them.

Does it really matter with our defense...o-line?

Ahem. Same $hit. Different game.

Yeah and two missed field goals that should have been automatic (maybe not the first but definitely the second) and a ridiculous fumble at the end. You do not fumble under any circumstance when the game is on the line like that and you're in field goal position (though, with our kicker, I guess there isn't "field goal position"). Unreal. Bring on the Phillies.

Does anyone still think that Romo is a franchise quality QB? I really think it's time for Dallas to start considering moving on. Kid can't play when it counts.

Not that I really care though.

I have been and remain a big Romo apologist.

Years ago, I played franchise mode on Madden and went several seasons into the future. I had Vick as QB and Cowher as coach. Hmmm...

Looks like Patriots need to play Vince Wilfork at safety. 2 picks this year.

I'll take Gruden or Dungy at this point.

That Giants-Cards game came down to the wire, intense 4th quarter.

I'm still reeling, disappointed, but not really suprised at today's events in the city about 3 1/2 hours to my south.  (That would be Arlington, Texas, FWIW).  I didn't watch much of the game, thankfully, as I will still involved with church for the majority of the early afternoon.  I did watch Dallas get held to just a field goal at the end of the 3rd quarter and Detroit take it down the field early in the 4th quarter and turned it off giving Dallas up for dead.

I'm about to start joining the chorus, the choir I've been abstaining from for such a long time, and have to ask the question - "Who's the next best quarterback after Andrew Luck?"  I love Romo, and I still believe in him, but when he single-handedly chokes away a 24 point lead in the final 25 minutes of play, that makes me seriously question his abilities.  I do have to give credit to the Lions' Defense, though, for not giving up at halftime the past two weeks.  They could very easily be 2-2 right now themselves.

By no means is Dallas's season over as they are still 2-2 and still not the cellar dwellers right now thanks to Philadelphia also choking away a decent lead they should have held.  Dallas is 1-0 in the divison, having beat Washington in Week 3.  We just have to play 60 minutes, not 30 or 35 minutes.  Thankfully, we have a bye week coming up to give us time to recuperate from these injuries that occurred in the first couple weeks of the season before we head up to Foxborough in two weeks to face the Patriots.

I'm really, REALLY hoping for Dungy...very unrealistically. Time to cut loose all the idiotic offseason additions to the team along with Andy, Marty, and Juan...oh did I mention Andy? It's been far too long for his absolute garbage to be taken seriously. This team is dead in the water. We have Vick on offense and Babin on defense with the huge dead weight of Jackson and Asomugha. It's OVER...embarrassingly so. The sooner we eliminate the named failures (plus many, many more), the better off the franchise is. Go Ravens from now on...

13 years of SHAT right back at Andy Reid. I couldn't be more pissed...I know now after all these years what it's really like to be an Eagles fan. It blows HARD...

I don't know if I've had more intense feelings toward a person I've never met, even considering politics. I absolutely despise that douche for what he does every day. F him completely...up and down and all around. I really take it THAT personally. I can't believe what he's done to my sports personality. And what I hate more is the abuse he's heaped on the players that have actually earned the positions they hold. It really drops my stomach to think of what some players could have done for this poor team if only given the chance. Well, rant far beyond over. Sorry for taking out my rambling rage on you guys, but this day has been a serious turning point in my sports life.
