I know. He wasn't deregistered. I updated his registration after his posting of a change in the New Register Thread on Friday. The decrease of 8 persons in the membership of the Federalist Party from the update of August 22 to the update of August 26 is due to 7 deregistrations and one party change (Small L to D-R) occurring within that interval.
