in all fairness being governor of Florida in 2000 looks a bit bad considering his brother stole the state

Can we please get over this....

Like it or not America has an electoral college.  Gore ran a crap campaign and lost the state of Florida, and with it the presidency.  He lost FL and the EV by an extremely close margin despite winning the popular vote by 500,000 votes.  I'm sorry but get over it

The more time I spend here the more I realize it's becoming an outlet for conspiracy theorists and wingnuts (on both sides to be fair)

In Jeb's defense, he didn't vote for the Iraq war, but Hillary did.

No, we don't just ignore stolen Presidential elections just because random commenters from the stealing party say to get over it.

So, Jeb Bush wants to leverage his family's power and political status to become President, but he doesn't want to have to address the less appealing parts of his family's legacy?

What an @sshole.

To be fair, we all know there are things about the Clintons' past that Hillary will want to ignore.

Yes, but how voters remember the end of her husbands time in office won't be one of them. Jeb, on the other hand, will really, really want to avoid making voters think about the end of his brother's term as president.

She can ask voters whether they want 2024 to look more like 2000, or 2008?

Jeb will lose big if Monica is his campaign’s response to criticism of his brother’s handling of the Iraq War, Hurricane Katrina, and the Economy.

This is why Jeb's in a tough spot. He needs to make 2016 a referendum on President Obama even though the media narrative is clearly gong to make it a referendum on the last names of Bush and Clinton.
