It has been over a year since I last participated in an election game (wxtransit's awesome 2012 game) and since then i've been itching to get back into this stuff. With school coming to an end soon I have more time to work on this stuff.
More than a year ago I made a 2016 election game which flopped due to two major factors, my inability to make updates on schedule due to school, and the large amounts of non-serious posters who played with little to no seriousness or accuracy. Since then things have changed, and this board seems to be doing rather well and there seems to be a user environment here that's much more favorable to gameplay.
I'm starting a project which aims to make the most articulate, enjoyable, and intricate game that I can make, which I plan on spending as much time as needed to maintaining and managing. The American Way will be a 2016 game which will span from 2015 to 2016 and will not stop until the day after election day under any circumstances.
I'll be making the request thread as soon as i'm done with school next week, or as soon as the existing 2020 free-for-all ends.
