I determine what my interests are. People who say "you're voting against your interests" are either A)educated idiots or B)elitist snobs. Though groups A&B are quite closely related.

Well if you were poor what would you rather have: Free Healthcare(for you, as you don't pay taxes), and more Welfare, or Less Welfare, no free Healthcare, and less programs designed to help you?

If you pick B you are voting against your interests, because Free Healthcare, and more Welfare helps you out and if your interest is to have a better living this is true.
