Worker's Bill of Rights

Section A. This bill will be cited as the Worker's Bill of Rights

Section B. Rights:
1. This law will designate workers to the following:
a. The right to strike without fear of termination
b. The right to join or become part of a union and guild with no threat of retaliation
c. The right to report unfair, exploitive or abusive working conditions without the threat of retaliation as well as the right to privacy when reporting such conditions
d. The right to an equal wage regardless of sex, gender, disability, gender identity, national origin etc as well as the public display of wages for each position although people with a higher completed education may be paid more as long as there is no discrimination based off of the above group and other employees with the same education background are making the same amount of money.
e. The right to attend counseling sessions free of charge.

Family owned and operated businesses who do not hire non-family members are exempt from this law.

Section D. Implementation
This bill will take place effective immediately
