I don't see who would primary Graham, but it's a little silly to suggest it couldn't be done. I'm also not convinced that Graham is even running for reelection -- I can see him running a kamikaze anti-Trump primary campaign.
Flake is a fantastic Senator, but it's very easy to see him getting primaried. If he does, hopefully Sinema runs for the Senate and defeats whoever beat Flake; she's one of my favorite congressional Democrats and among those I can see as presidential material.
