Pikeville, KY

For too long the ordinary hardworking people of Atlasia have been ignored by a string of political parties obsessed with relatively trivial wedge issues and with almost no interest in issues that affect ordinary folks every day of there lives.

The Farmer Labor Party aims to change all that by bringing the fervour of early twentieth century Populism and the New Deal to modern day Atlasia and improving the lives of ordinary folks in every Region of the Union.

We won't get hung up on wedge issues. We have real policies on real issues and we know that they will help the lives of millions of real people.

So come join us... together we can make a difference

I hope to work with the FLP in those areas we agree and will try to convince them of the errancy of their ideas where we do not.

The Farmer Labor Party has 3 members, 2 elected officials, and a party platform of at least 200 words (765 words to be exact). Congratulations, you are Atlasia's newest organized party.

They have either 0 or 1 depending upon whether Regional officials such as Governor Ilikeverin are counted.  Until the election results are certified, Al won't be even Senator-elect officially, despite the obviousness of that occurence, and he won't be an elected offiical until January 7.

I have joined, and I hope you forgive me for not voting for you for Senate.  Nothing to do with you.  Loyalty to my former state.

I would like to express my formal interest in joining the Farm Labour Party. I'll make a decision weather to leave the UL and join the FLP, or to remain in the UL by Tuesday.

It's a bad idea.
To be honest, unless "right to work" legislation makes it nigh on impossible to lay people off it's an extremely dishonest phrase.

That sort of "right to work" legislation would be more a "right to be unemployed" law, as it would make new jobs rare.  I do have some ideas for changes to that law, but first I'd like to get the existing law as it currently exists in the Southeastern States regularized as a startng place, since I don't plan wholesale changes.

True (and I don't support that sort of legislation) but the current use of the phrase "right to work" is just plain dishonest.

It's a bit rough (it'll be better when I've fiddled with it tomorrow) but we've got a forum now: http://farmerlabor.proboards41.com/index.cgi
