Coincidence? Probably so, but I'm not sure. How would that person know if Congress was supposed to talk about guns at all today?

However, the need for stricter gun restrictions has been long overdue and this incident just further proves why. No I am not saying taking away the 2nd amendment is the answer, but just make it more difficult for crimes like these being caused.
