I wouldn't post communist propaganda, but there is an issue with police and racism, though affiliating all police officers with the KKK is a bit extreme. I generally agree with the sentiments and message, but the depiction is far too extreme and hyperbolic.

That reminds me of Jackie Gleason's character from Smokey and the Bandit.
