Obviously this was the start of a pretty bad era....but it wasn't possible to know at the time.

And BushOK: How naive are you? What did Bush do to be better than Obama? Mind you, I disapprove of Obama's performance...but what did Bush do at all?? And please don't come with the 9/11 BS...

And please don't come with the 9/11 BS...

A major event and the response is "BS?"

Yes, correct. Bush isn't a good president because he said some nice words and quoted the bible after 9/11.

The overall policy that followed likely would have happened under President Gore just as well.

So let me get this straight, Bush is a good president because 9/11 happened? Unless you can say how other Presidents would have reacted differently (other than the bible quoting), that's basically what you're saying.

Obama's supporters don't use Obama's response to the oil spill as one of his major accomplishments. You seem to think Bush is worthy of praise for something he doesn't have anything to do with.

Which illegal votes were counted? I do wish people would at least try to stick to facts.

Mind you, the election in Florida wasn't run properly....but I haven't heard that one before.

I stand corrected.

Regardless though.....there are a lot more convincing arguments than 600 absentee ballots.

No one in their right mind would argue that Saddam Hussein needed to be removed from power.

Very true.
