Regional Senate Seats as of TJ...

Midwest - TNF (Labor Hold)
Northeast - Matt (TPP Pick-up)
Midwest - Windjammer (Labor Pick-up)
Pacific - Cranberry (TPP Hold)
IDS - NC Yankee (Fed Hold)

Which means the Senate lost a Federalist seat and gained a TPP-er. The minority parties are continuing to rise!

Oh and Lumine leads Marokai in the final round by 59%-41%, but that margin has narrowed from earlier on when the lead was over 20 points.

What's going on with Solarstorm's vote? Didn't he vote already? Did he delete it?

President/Vice President:

1.) Marokai/Antonio
2.) Poirot/Shua

Mideast Senate:

1.) Windjammer

Yes, I had been reminded that I live in the Mideast. Sorry for that.

(invalid votes: hawkeye, the Presidential portion of solarstorm's ballot)

What did I do wrong?

That wouldn't work because a ballot edited after 20 minutes is invalid.  I think what is supposed to be done is to leave the old vote as is and then cast another vote. But given the procedure here isn't clear, I think it makes sense to count solarstorm's vote for both races.

He deleted his ballot and posted another one. It matters not whether part of one was supposedly valid and part of the other wasn't.

LAST UPDATE: 9:30 AM ET (29 FEDERAL BALLOTS CAST)
ESTIMATED TURNOUT: 23% (128 VOTERS)

Excluding one non-citizen's attempt at voting, there were 128 ballots cast in the election. Dang, I'm good. Tongue

Interesting results by region for the Presidential. I'm counting solarstorm2012's vote as valid for the time being (until we get certified results), which actually made the ME a tie, 17-17. If you include this, then Marokai/Antonio actually won or tied in the three largest regions in the game. Lumine/SJoyce racked up huge margins in the two least populous regions, though, and that was enough. It's amazing how the dynamic in the game by region are in flux. Strat reg is a beautiful thing:

Code:
	       IDS	ME	MW	NE	PA

lumine 13 17 7 15 10
marokai      2 17 10 18 3
