Kasich has done more to earn their support than Rubio has anyway.

Orrin Hatch, Rodney Davis, Jeff Miller, Gus Bilirakis all endorsed Rubio. Similar trajectory to Kerry and McCain.

It's more for the feeling of inevitability than to help in particular states. If they wanted to do that they'd be trickling them out. Obviously far too late for that.
