And due to 1968, Rocard should be in "far-left" cathegory.

Cheesy
No, he may have to be in this category only because it's the "others" category... Wink

On TV, he was really, really fun. And his way of speaking itself sounded a bit "Eastern"...

Of course, he was our little Brezhnev and wasn't a real democrat (remember all the members "purged" and the racist period of the PCF in 1978-1982), but he managed to help killing the PCF: not a bad thing for the French socialists Wink

But he was still a better man than Besancenot, I think !

I really vote for the candidates, not for each person in all his/her deeds (Le Pen was an exception as he is indeed a good candidate)

Balladur
Boutin

(but Saint-Josse should follow just after)

Jospin
Mamère

(Barbu was a fine candidate: he had a "ggod" result given its means !)
(and before Antonio screams Wink: Jospin was a bad candidate, whatever we think of his prime-ministership; just like Balladur)

Lalonde
Lamartine

Lalonde, Mamère, Lamartine weren't bad as candidates, but the others in their groups are worse, for what I think.

Hash, you have to update the left group: some need to be striken through.

Boutin
Saint-Josse

(Chirac should go simultaneously with Mitterrand: as candidates, they were almost equal Wink)

Voynet (still here !!!! as a good candidate, well...) (she should have gone far before Laguiller !)
Mamère (just to have some suspense with Bouchardeau)

OK, Barbu

even if Chaban and Rocard were worst contenders.

Why ? He is actually one of the personalities of the french right I apreciate the most on a political and not only personal aspect. And I guess it also fits well with your "social right" values.

From the beginning, I'm voting for CANDIDATES, for CONTENDERS, not for the politicians, their ideas, their deeds.
Rocard should have gone before also, even if I like him so much.
Chaban should have gone before and Voynet lasted far too long.
And Laguiller should have stayed longer.

Well, neither Chaban nor Rocard will win this round.

So, Dumont.

I won't probably be able to vote for the last round... (except if I can connect tomorrow morning)
please, de Gaulle should win...
Rocard was a bad contender in 1969.
