Excellent amendment overall, and one I'll be quite happy to steadfastly support when it comes before the people.
The concerns raised by Councillor SNJC belie the truth that regional legislatures need to function properly, and they simply cannot do so with a size larger than the federal House.
Nothing much that can be added that hasn't been said by Griffin or Tack, but could there be any chance we could drop the minimum to 3? I feel 5 is a bit too high a number, taking into account dips in activity. All-around, though, awesome amendment.
